ABM Pellets Company Limited was established on November 9, 2018 with an initial registered capital of 1.00 million baht and divided into 100,000 ordinary shares with a par value of 10 baht per share by Asia Biomass Company Limited. Public Company Limited holds 99,997 shares or 99.99 percent of the registered capital.

First of extraordinary meeting on February, have resolution to increase paid-up capital amount 74.00 million baht from 76.00 million baht which equal 150 million baht (registered capital). There were capital increase of the common shares amount 148.00 million baht and the common share is 0.50 baht per share which separated for existing shareholders amount 73.00 million baht and there are the first time to sale for people amount 75.00 million baht which approve registering for transformation to be Public Company Limited.
The company has registering for transformation to be Public Company Limited on 1 March, 2017 and increase paid-up capital 36.50 million baht on 3 March, 2017. In the part of saw timbers, there are many products to provide to the customer such as, plywood and thin wood,etc.

BHD established on 23 October, 2015 in Malaysia which have registered capital amount 0.50 million Malaysia ringgit and separated to be the common shares amount 0.50 million shares which the price was 1.00 Malaysia ringgit per share. It is the joint venture company which the company held the shares in ABR 55 percent and 45 percent was held by 3 joint venture company in Malaysia were Mr.Law Hieng Chai, Mr.Ho Kim Hee and Mr.Lai Che Sieng.

BHD whichis joint venture company in Malaysia and Established on 14 July, 2014 in Malaysia which have registered capital 0.40 million Malaysia ringgit and separated for common shares amount 0.40 million share. The price share is 1.00 Malaysia ringgit per share that the company held the shares in ABE 55 percent and 45 percent was held by 2 joint venture company in Malaysia were Mr.Lau Hieng Ung and Mr. Law Hieng Chai.

The shares are divided into 12,000 common shares with a par value of 1.16 Million IDR (USD 100) per share. Paid up capital 3,482.70 Million IDR (USD 0.30 Million) .The Company holds 99.00% of paid-up capital.

On December 28, 2011, the Company has bought the common share of Sataporn Tanapat Co., Ltd. and Paprapat Co., Ltd., with 39,998 shares and 9,998 shares respectively. The Company holds shares in 2 companies as 99.99% and 99.98% of paid-up capital, respectively.
